We feature free standard ground shipping, with delivery confirmation, on all orders shipped within the United States and it's protectorates as well as to all APO/FPOaddresses.*
* Depending on the weight of the order, standard ground shipped orders to residential and business addresses, as well as PO Boxes, within the United States, US Protectorates or APO/FPO addresses, are sent via USPS First Class or Parcel Post, with a delivery/tracking number.
* International Economy does not allow for a tracking number to be assigned to a package.
** International Express does provide tracking information.
***All duties, fees, licenses, taxes and adherence to local laws, regulations and customs, and any other such international issues are the sole responsibility of the customer. If the delivery of an order is refused, a refund on the merchandise will be made only after the package is safely returned to Rocker Rags; shipping charges will not be refunded.
All clothing items are neatly folded and placed in black tissue paper. The tissue paper is then folded and held together with our signature logo Rocker Rags ribbon. Your order is then placed inside a padded manila envelope and shipped. If any of the items you ordered are defective, we will be more than happy to replace them at no cost to you, if you live in the United States, its protectorates and/or its military bases. If you reside outside of the United States, its protectorates and/or its military bases and need to return a defective item, we will refund your shipping costs for returning the products, once the product(s) have arrived to us here at Rocker Rags.
