This Alice in Chains concert t-shirt is from the classic grunge band's 1991 Facelift Tour.

This tour was performed to promote Alice in Chains' debut album, also titled Facelift, which had been released in August, 1990. Featuring the hit singles Man in the Box and We Die Young, Facelift became the first alternative grunge rock album to be certified gold, which it achieved in September 1991.
