Description
Our vintage style Anthrax concert t-shirt is from the legendary heavy metal band's 1987 Japan Tour.
Performed to promote Anthrax's latest album at the time, Among the Living, which had been released on March 16, 1987, the Japan tour began shortly after the release of the album. Dedicated to Cliff Burton of Metallica, who had passed away in 1986, Among the Living is considered Anthrax's breakthrough album, reaching Gold status and catapulting the band from being a small club act to playing in major arenas alongside some of the biggest names in heavy metal and hard rock.
Made from 100% black pre-shrunk ring spun cotton, this men's unisex Anthrax Live in Japan 1987 concert tee spotlights the red sun, from the flag of Japan, with Anthrax's logo and Live in Japan 1987. The graphics are washed out and distressed for an authentic vintage look.
