Opened in 1973 in New York City, as a country music bar, CBGB & Omfug which is an acronym for Country, Bluegrass, Blues and Other Music for Uplifting Gormandizers, CBGBs, as it was affectionally called, became renowned as an alternative and punk rock club launching the careers of Ramones, Talking Heads and Blondie, among many others.
Made from a black 60% cotton/40% recycled polyester blend, our CBGB men's fashion tee, by Chaser, features the club's Home of Underground Rock slogan, with a hand playing a guitar, on the front, while the back spotlights the club's famous logo. The graphics and materials have washed out effects, for an authentic vintage look and feel.
