CBGB & Omfug, known affectionately as CBGBs, was an acronym for Country, Bluegrass, Blues and Other Music For Uplifting Gormandizers. Opened by Hilly Christal in 1973, who owned it until its closure in 2006, CBGBs became one of the most respected music clubs in rock 'n roll history and helped launch the careers of some of rock music's most well-known bands and artists, including the Ramones, Patti Smith, Blondie, and Talking Heads.
Made from a 60%/40% combed ring spun cotton-polyester blend, this ladies' racerback fashion tee features the complete CBGB & Omfug official logo, in white, just as it appeared on the shirts that were originally available, at the club.
