Description
This women's long sleeve David Bowie concert tshirt is by Chaser Brand and is from the legendary singer-songwriter's 1983 Serious Moonlight Tour.
Performed to promote David Bowie's latest album, at the time, Let's Dance, the Serious Moonlight Tour was initially planned to be held in smaller theaters with a capacity of 10,000 or less, but wound up being played to audiences of up to 300,000 people in arenas rather than small theaters, due to the success of the Let's Dance album, whose hits Let's Dance, China Girl and Modern Love all became radio and MTV hits. The renowned guitarist, Stevie Ray Vaughn, who appeared as a backup musician on the Let's Dance album was hired to play on the Serious Moonlight Tour but was subsequently let go, for personal issues, prior to the tour's start.
Our David Bowie Serious Moonlight Tour 1983 long sleeve tour tee, by Chaser, is made from a black 55% cotton/45% hemp blend, with distressed graphics and blousant sleeves, for a roomy fit with a real vintage vibe.
