Description
This Sex Pistols vintage tshirt, by Recycled Karma, spotlights the legendary punk rock band's song, God Save the Queen.
The second single, from the Sex Pistols debut and only album, Never Mind the Bollocks Here's the Sex Pistols, God Save the Queen was released during Queen Elizabeth II's Silver Jubilee, and due to its controversial lyrics that were viewed as a public assault on Queen Elizabeth II, the song was banned from being played, on the radio, in the United Kingdom, although, it still reached number 2, on the BBC's charts.
Made from a fitted gray 50/50 cotton-polyester blend, our Recycled Karma Sex Pistols tee features the image of Queen Elizabeth, with a safety pin through her nose, and the band's logo across her eyes. The back of the shirt also shows the Sex Pistols logo along with the song lyric God Save the Queen, She Ain't No Human Being. With washed out distressed graphics and materials, this tee also features cuffed sleeves, distressed hems and a ribbed crew neckline giving off a real vintage, edgy and fashionably trendy look and feel.
