Free Ground Shipping:
We feature free standard ground shipping, with delivery confirmation, on all orders, of $50.00 or more, shipped within the United States and it's protectorates, as well as to all APO/FPO addresses.*
* Depending on the weight of the order, standard ground shipped orders to residential and business addresses, as well as PO Boxes, within the United States, US Protectorates or APO/FPO addresses, are sent via USPS First Class or USPS Priority, with a delivery/tracking number.
Expedited Shipping:
If faster shipping is required, we offer you the ability to select either USPS Priority (usually 2 - 3 days) or Express (usually 1 - 2 days). The price of both of these shipping methods will appear as you proceed through the checkout portion when placing an order.
International Shipping:
Standard international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) International First Class* (usually 5 - 14 days). If you require a faster shipping method, we offer both USPS International Priority (usually 3 - 10 days)** and USPS International Priority Express*** (usually 1 - 3 days). The prices of all of these options will appear as you proceed through the checkout portion when placing an order.****
PLEASE NOTE: All international shipping rates are based on a per item basis - not a per order basis.
* International First Class does not allow for a tracking number to be assigned to a package - only a customs number is provided.

PACKAGING INFORMATION:
Most clothing items are placed inside a poly-mailer envelope and shipped. Our premium items are wrapped in black tissue paper and then placed inside a poly-mailer for shipping. If you require special packaging, please feel free to e-mail us or call 323-782-8322, and let us know what you need.

RETURN POLICY:
Rocker Rags is committed to you being a satisfied customer. However, due to the increase in postage costs, we are unable to provide free return shipping for orders under $50.00 (promotion inclusive). <
If any item(s) you ordered is/are defective, aside from return shipping costs for order(s)/item(s) under $50.00, we will be more than happy to replace them at no cost to you, based on availability.
If an item doesn't fit, simply send it back.*

Returns need to be made within 30 days of receipt and should include the packing receipt you received with the order, along with a note instructing us what you would like us to do, once we receive the return (i.e. exchange for different size, refund, etc.). Rocker Rags cannot accept returns of clothing items that have been washed, dried in a dryer, damaged or stained in any way. Basically, they must be unwashed, un-smoked in, unworn, or defective in order for us to exchange them for a different size or offer a store credit or refund.

>Rocker Rags offers free shipping on returns, for orders exceeding $50.00, from the United States, its protectorates and/or its military bases. To return an item or items, simply e-mail or call us to let us know. If an order/item that needs to be returned is under $50.00, you are responsible for the shipping costs to have the order returned to Rocker Rags. If the item/order exceeds $50.00, we will cover the return shipping costs and generate a return shipping label which will be e-mailed to you. You will find both the e-mail address and phone number to contact us regarding returns and exchanges, below.
