Description
This vintage ZZ Top fashion tshirt features the album cover artwork from Eliminator, ZZ Top's eighth studio album.
Released by Warner Brothers Records on March 23. 1983, Eliminator became ZZ Top's most successful album reaching Diamond status with over 10 million copies sold. Eliminator was produced by ZZ Top's manager, Bill Ham, and it saw the band heading into a new musical and promotional direction. Inspired by the growing popularity of New Wave, ZZ Top incorporated synthesizers, drum machines and sequencers into their songs. In addition, the band utilized music videos in a way they hadn't in the past to help promote the album. Their singles Legs, Gimme All Your Lovin, Got Me Under Pressure, Sharp Dressed Man and TV Dinners introduced ZZ Top, and their 1930s era Ford coupe, to a whole new audience via MTV and pop radio. Eliminator went onto become ranked at number 398 on Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time and number 39 in the 100 Greatest Albums of the 1980s.
Our men's unisex tee spotlights is made from 100% black cotton and spotlights the artwork of the Ford coupe, the classic ZZ Top logo and the Eliminator name exactly as they appeared, on the front cover of the Eliminator album.
